Ibu hamil harus mempunyai tingkat pengetahuan yang baik, terpapar sumber informasi dan mendapat dukungan suami agar berperilaku baik dalam pencegahan diabetes mellitus gestasional. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan tingkat pengetahuan ibu hamil, keterpaparan sumber informasi dan dukungan suami dengan perilaku pencegahan diabetes mellitus gestasional di RS Sentra Medika Cikarang Tahun 2023. Desain penelitian ini adalah analitik kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Sampel penelitian menggunakan teknik simple random sampling dengan jumlah 94 responden. Uji analisis bivariat menggunakan chi-square untuk menganalisa adanya hubungan tingkat pengetahuan ibu hamil, keterpaparan sumber informasi dan dukungan suami dengan perilaku pencegahan diabetes mellitus gestasional. Hasil analisis bivariat untuk hubungan tingkat pengetahuan dengan perilaku pencegahan diabetes mellitus gestasional nilai p-value 0,035 OR 2,825 CI 95% (1,161-6,871), keterpaparan sumber informasi dengan perilaku pencegahan diabetes mellitus gestasional nilai p-value 0,036 OR 1,376 CI 95% (1,163-1,872) dan dukungan suami dengan perilaku pencegahan diabetes mellitus gestasional nilai p-value 0,002 OR 4,125 CI 95% (1,744-9,754). Kesimpulan penelitian ini terdapat hubungan antara tingkat penngetahuan ibu hamil keterpapan sumber informasi dan dukungan suami dengan perilaku pencegahan diabetes mellitus gestasional. Pregnant women must have a good level of knowledge, exposed to sources of information and have the support of their husbands so that they will behave well in preventing gestational diabetes mellitus. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between pregnant women knowledge levels, exposure to information sources and husband's support with gestasional diabetes mellitus prevention behaviour at Sentra Medika Cikarang Hospital in 2023. The design of this study was quantitative analysis with a cross sectional approach. The research sample used a simple random sampling technique with a total of 94 respondents. Bivariate analysis test using chi-square to analyze the relationship between pregnant woman knowledge levels, exposure to information sources and husband's support with gestational diabetes mellitus prevention behavior. The results of bivariate analysis for the relationship between knowledge levels with gestational diabetes mellitus prevention behavior p-value 0.035 OR 2.825 CI 95% (1,161-6,871), exposure to information sources with gestational diabetes mellitus prevention behavior p-value 0.036 OR 1.376 CI 95% (1,163-1,872) and husband's support with gestational diabetes mellitus prevention behavior p-value 0.002 OR 4.125 CI 95% (1,744-9,754). Motoric ability is one of the developmental processes that must be passed in a child's life, one of which is fine motor skills. According to UNICEF in 2020 data obtained a total of 27,5% or the equivalent of 3 million children experiencing developmental disorders, especially in toddlers. Data from the West Java Health Office found that 1-3% of children experience motor delays. Data from two hospitals in Bekasi states taht 11,3% of children experience fine motor delays. The research method is qiantitative analytic with cross sectional approach. The sample in this study used total sampling, namely the number of samples equal to the number of population, namely 45 children aged 4-6 years and parents at TKIT Al-Manshurriyah, analysis using univariate and bivariat with stastical tests using Chi-Square test. The result of the bivariate analysis show that there is a relationship between fine motor development in children an parenting style with a P-Value = 0,0001, and there is a relationship between fine motoric development in children and parental knowledge with a P-Value = 0,039, that is all P-Value = Pα 0,05. The conclusion of this study, there is a realtionship between parenting style and fine motor development in children and there is a realtionship between parental knowledge and fine motor development in children at TKIT Al-Manshuriyyah 2023. The suggestion of this research is to add broader insight regarding the importance of having knowledge and understanding f fine morotic development in children.

ABSTRAK Kasus DM pada tahun 2022 Ada sebanyak 42.517 orang yang ditemukan, dimana dari sekian banyak penderita tersebut jenis kelamin perempuan yang paling dominan sekitar 67%. Penyebabnya paling banyak karena kurangnya tingkat pengetahuan tentang DM dan produksi hormon stres yang timbul sehingga mengalami kenaikan kadar gula darah yang tak terkontrol sehingga dapat menyebabkan hiperglikemia. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan kejadian hiperglikemia pada penderita DM di Desa Sukamulya Kecamatan Sukatani Kabupaten Bekasi Tahun 2022. jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan desain cross sectional. Pada populasi penelitian ini ada 37 responden. Dengan total sampling. Instrumen dalam penelitian ini berupa kuesioner. Analisis data yang dilakukan secara univariat dan bivariat dengan menggunakan Analisis uji Chi Square dengan bantuan IBM SPSS statistics 25. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan tidak ada hubungan antara jenis kelamin dengan hiperglikemia dengan nilai p value 0,100 > (0,05) dan nilai OR 1,028. Ada hubungan antara stres dengan hiperglikemia dengan nilai p value 0,000 (0,05). Ada hubungan antara tingkat pengetahuan dengan hiperglikemia dengan nilai p value 0,000 (0,05). Berdasarkan hasil analisis dan pembahasan mengenai”Faktor-faktor Yang Berhubungan dengan Kejadian Hiperglikemia Pada Penderita DM di Desa Sukamulya Kecamatan Sukatani Kabupaten Bekasi Tahun 2022, maka penulis dapat mengambil kesimpulan sebagai berikut : Tidak ada hubungan antara jenis kelamin dengan kejadian hiperglikemia, ada hubungan antara stres dengan kejadian hiperglikemia, ada hubungan antara tingkat pengetahuan DM dengan kejadian hiperglikemia. The type of research used was quantitative using a cross sectional design approach. In this study population there are 37 respondents. With total sampling. The instrument in this study was a questionnaire. Data analysis was carried out univariate and bivariate using Chi Square test analysis with the help of IBM SPSS statistics 25. The results of this study showed that there was a not relationship between gender and hyperglycemia with a p value of 0.100 > (0.05) and an OR value of 1.028. There is a relationship between stress and hyperglycemia with a p value of 0.000 (0.05). There is a relationship between the level of knowledge with hyperglycemia with a p value of 0.000 (0.05). Based on the results of the analysis and discussion regarding "Factors Associated with the Incidence of Hyperglycemia in DM Patients in Sukamulya Village, Sukatani District, Bekasi Regency in 2022, the authors can draw the following conclusions: There is a relationship between gender and the incidence of hyperglycemia, there is a relationship between stress and the incidence of hyperglycemia, there is a relationship between the level of DM knowledge with the incidence of hyperglycemia
