Insufficiency of insulin function is caused by a deficiency disorder of insulin production in the Langerhans beta cells of the pancreas gland, or a lack of responsiveness of the body's cells to insulin . Based on data from a preliminary study at the Sentra Medika Hospital in Cikarang, the results of interviews with 15 type II DM patients, 11 of them said that the lack of family support and stress levels caused a decrease in quality of life . This study aims to identify the frequency distribution of emotional support, reward support, instrumental distribution, information support, stress levels and quality of life in patients . This research method uses a quantitative method with an observational approach with a sample of 38 patients. The sample collection technique uses purposive sampling. The analysis used is the Chi-square test . The results of this study indicate a p value of 0.000 or <0.05 , so the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted, which means that there is a relationship between family support and quality life of type II DM patients internal medicine polyclinic at Sentra Medika Cikarang Hospital, Bekasi Regency, 2020 2. And the results were obtained with a p value of 0.002 or <0.05, which means that there is a relationship between the level of stress and the quality of life of type II DM sufferers in the polyclinic in Sentra Medika Hospital Cikarang Bekasi Regency in 2022 . Menurut WHO Diabetes Melitus (DM) adalah suatu penyakit atau gangguan metabolisme kronis yang ditandai dengan tingginya kadar gula darah serta adanya gangguan metabolisme karbohidrat, lipid, dan protein sebagai akibat insufisiensi fungsi insulin. Insufisiensi fungsi insulin disebabkan oleh gangguan defisiensi produksi insulin sel beta langerhans kelenjar pankreas, atau kurang responsifnya sel tubuh terhadap insulin. Berdasarkan data hasil studi pendahuluan di RS Sentra Medika Cikarang hasil wawancara dari 15 pasien DM tipe II, 11 diantaranya mengatakan bahwa kurangnya dukungan keluarga dan tingkat stres menyebabkan menurunnya kualitas hidup. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk Mengidentifikasi distribusi frekuensi dukungan emosional, dukungan penghargaan, distribusi instrumental, dukungan informasi, tingkat stres dan kualitas hidup pada pasien. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan observasional sampel penelitian sebanyak 38 pasien. Teknik pengumpulan sampel menggunakan Purposive Sampling. Anlisis yang digunakan berupa uji Chisquare. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan nilai p value sebesar 0,000 atau < 0,05 maka hipotesis alternatif (Ha) diterima yang artinya ada hubungan antara dukungan keluarga terhadap kualitas hidup penderita DM tipe II dipoli penyakit dalam RS Sentra Medika Cikarang Kabupaten Bekasi Tahun 2022. Dan didapatkan hasil dengan p value sebesar 0,002 atau < 0,05 yang bermakna bahwa ada hubungan antara tingkat stress terhadap kualitas hidup penderita DM tipe II dipoli penyakit dalam RS Sentra Medika Cikarang Kabupaten Bekasi Tahun 2022. Saran adanya pengembangan program baru seperti center DM, dimana salah satu kegiatannya adalah menerapkan pemberdayaan keluarga dalam mengelola tingkat stres untuk perawatan pasein DM tipe II
