Asphyxia occurs due to lack of blood flow or gas exchange from or to the fetus in newborns. If this situation is not handled quickly and appropriately, it can cause damage to vital organs (muscles, liver, heart, and most severely the brain) (Gillam-Krakauer & Gowen, 2020). This type of research is a sampling study with the Cross Sectional method which is supported by secondary data in the form of data obtained from medical record data at the research location. The population in this study were is 150 newborns with a total sampling of 150 respondents. The instrument used was medical record data which was analyzed using the univariat and bivariat The results show that the variables associated with the incidence of asphyxia in newborns at TPMB Rosliana Am.Keb in 2022. Birth weight (0.000), Parity (0.000), Premature Rupture of Membrane (0.000), Gestational Age (0.000), Mother's age ( 0.000). the results of the study said that all variables were related to the incidence of asphyxia in newborns at TPMB Rosliana Am.Keb. Suggestions with this research, it is hoped that there will be a decrease in the neonatal mortality rate (AKN), especially at TPMB Rosliana Am.Keb Keywords: Asphyxia Neonatorum, LBW
